All products are exclusive to the Site.
HYGIENE PROTECTION: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, lingerie items that have been unsealed or tried on cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene. Returns are only accepted for new products, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 13 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days to change your mind, except for the hygiene exceptions mentioned in Section 5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is proven defective.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless lolaluna lingerie (SARL Eléments Précieux) from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
