Our Story — 51 Years of Handsewn Lingerie
Since 1975, we have been sewing lingerie in an atelier in the South of France, between Avignon and Nîmes. High-end laces and embroidered tulles, cut and finished by hand. We created the mini-string, designed the hip-rolled swimsuit, and have held the same standard season after season. Sexy chic, made here.

Every piece that leaves our atelier has gone through the same steps, in the same order, since 1975.
It begins with the lace and the embroidered tulle. We work with French suppliers chosen for the way their fabric holds, the delicacy of their patterns, and the consistency of their craft. No low-grade lace ever enters the atelier. Everything we do next depends on getting this first choice right.
Each piece is then cut, assembled and finished by hand, in our atelier in Les Angles. Most of the women who sew there have been with us for more than ten years, some a great deal longer. Nothing is moved offshore, nothing is handed out to subcontractors. It takes longer, of course, but that's precisely what shows up in the finished piece.
The last stage is also the most painstaking: the edges, the ornaments, the fastenings, and a final check on every single piece before it gets folded and packed. This is where the difference is made between lingerie that's merely fine and lingerie you'll still want to wear in five years. Nothing leaves the atelier until it's been inspected, one piece at a time.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer both express and standard shipping options.
What are the shipping options and costs for the USA?
For the USA, we offer express shipping ($49 with UPS or FedEx or Chronopost) taking 3 to 5 business days, and postal service ($19 with Spring GDS) taking 5 to 11 business days. In both cases Lola Luna covers your Import Taxes - No Surprises at your door. Just add your favorite items, select your shipping, and you're all set.
How long do I have to return an item?
Our returns policy lasts for 18 days from the date of purchase. If 18 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
What conditions must my item meet to be eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be in the original packaging.
How will I know if my return has been received and processed?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email notification. After inspection, your refund will be processed accordingly in less than 3 days.
