In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 18 days from the receipt of your order to return a product. If this period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
Important Note: Given the nature of our products (lingerie), items returned for hygiene reasons must strictly be in their original packaging, with all labels and protective strips intact. Any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment.
Sale Items: In accordance with distance selling laws, items on sale or promotion benefit from the same refund rights as regular-priced items.
Late Refunds: If you have not received your refund within 10 days of our confirmation, please contact us at contact@lolaluna.com.
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. For an exchange, please email us at contact@lolaluna.com and return your item to the address listed below.
We do not provide prepaid return labels. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs of the order will not be included (except in the case of a defective product).
